Put “SiteProof support” in your subject or message. Include the order email, purchase date, and a short description of the problem. For payment questions, include the receipt reference if available.

Website repair inquiries

Send the public page address and explain the work you have in mind. We confirm the page, scope, and final quote before booking Website Clean Up or Full Makeover. An inquiry does not book or charge for a service.

Privacy and security questions

For a data-deletion request, identify the order email and describe the request. For a possible security issue, describe what happened and the affected page without including another person’s private information.

Do not send card details, passwords, API keys, or private customer data by email or through the contact form. Our Privacy policy explains report storage and retention.
