Terms of Service

1. Inspect only pages you may inspect

Submit a public webpage that you own or are authorized to inspect. Do not submit account credentials, private access links, confidential information, or a page containing information you are not authorized to share for inspection.

Do not use SiteProof to attack another service, evade access controls, bypass usage limits, send automated bulk requests, or access someone else’s private report. We may reject requests or restrict access that threatens the service or other users.

2. What an inspection covers

The current product checks one public page in an automated browser at desktop and phone sizes. It provides up to two findings free and prepares a technical report before offering checkout. AI design and messaging review is currently off. The methodology page explains the checks and their limits.

Automated checks can miss problems or need human interpretation. A report is a snapshot of the recorded visit, not a full security audit, legal opinion, accessibility certification, or guarantee of traffic or sales. Review proposed changes before applying them to your website.

3. Prices and payment

The full report costs $3.50 USD once. There is no recurring subscription. Stripe processes checkout; SiteProof does not collect or store your card number. Any additional amount that applies must appear at checkout before you pay.

A cancelled checkout does not purchase a report. If you paid but the report still appears locked, keep your receipt and contact support before paying again.

4. Delivery and private report access

The paid report unlocks at its private link after payment is confirmed. Payment confirmation can take time. Delivery is through that link and a Markdown download; email delivery and a PDF export are not included in the current product.

Anyone with the private link can view the inspection and screenshots, and the full report after purchase. Keep it private. Report access expires 30 days after the inspection request, including any time before purchase. Download the report before that date if you want to keep a copy.

5. Repairs are a separate service

Website Clean Up is $14.99 USD for agreed small repairs. Full Makeover starts at $49.99 USD. Before booking, we agree the page, work, and final quote. The automated report purchase does not include hands-on changes to your site.

Unlimited revisions apply to the work and page we agreed. Additional pages or a new scope need a separate agreement. If we cannot satisfy you within the agreed work, we reserve the right to refund the service payment and end the engagement. See the refund and cancellation policy.

6. Your content and report

You keep your rights to content you submit or own. You permit us to retrieve the submitted public page, capture it, and process and store the inspection as described in our Privacy policy. This permission is for providing the service; it does not grant ownership of your website to Adam Designs.

You may download a purchased report and share it with people helping you evaluate or repair your site. You are responsible for protecting the private report link and any confidential information you later add when sharing the report.

7. Availability and your rights

Some sites block automated visits or cannot be fully inspected. We may pause new inspections, apply capacity limits, or stop offering a service. If a paid report cannot be accessed, contact us under the refund policy.

These terms do not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law. We do not promise that an automated inspection will find every issue or that applying its suggestions will produce a particular business result.

8. Questions and changes

Contact Adam Designs about SiteProof for questions, payment problems, or agreed work. We may update these terms and will show the revised date. Changes do not reduce commitments already agreed for a purchase without your agreement.
