Refunds and cancellations

Automated report — $3.50 USD once

You can preview up to two findings before choosing to buy. Closing Stripe checkout before completing payment leaves that free preview available.

If you were charged twice for the same report, we will refund the duplicate charge. If payment was confirmed but you cannot access the purchased report, contact us so we can try to restore access. If we cannot provide the purchased report, we will refund its price.

A completed report may contain few or no confirmed problems. A low finding count, disagreement with an observation, or deciding not to make repairs does not by itself mean the report was not delivered. Please contact us with any concern so we can review it.

Private access lasts 30 days from the inspection request. Download your report before expiry. This policy does not remove any refund or cancellation right that applicable law gives you.

Website Clean Up and Full Makeover

We agree the page, scope, and price before booking. Unlimited revisions cover that agreed work. If we cannot satisfy you within it, we reserve the right to refund your service payment and end the engagement.

If you need to cancel, contact us promptly. We will review what has been agreed and any work already completed with you before confirming the cancellation and any refund. We do not automatically apply the report purchase to a service booking.

Request help or a refund

Use our SiteProof support instructions. Include “SiteProof,” the email used for the order, the purchase date, and the receipt reference if you have it. Explain the duplicate charge or access problem. Do not send your card number, security code, account password, or API keys.

We will review the request and tell you the outcome. Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method where supported. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
